Our Class and Tuition Policies are below. These are just a few of our main policies for your reference.

Tuition Policies
- Please note that while tuition is submitted on a monthly basis, it reflects the cost of the class per year, divided into 10 payments. It is not based on the number of days in a month.
- A late fee of $10.00 will be added to any tuition payment if it is not paid within the five days following its due date.
- If tuition remains unpaid past the due date, a student will not be able to attend class until the payment is made.
- If tuition is late, a bill will be emailed to the provided email address. If tuition is still not paid, a bill will be mailed to the provided postal address, which will incur a $5 charge, in addition to the $10 late fee.
- There is no refund for the registration fee, tuition, competition payments, costume and/or tight payments, or recital fee payments.
- There will be a $40.00 registration fee for each family.
- There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.
Class Policies
- Please report any absences to our absence email: attendance@midctdance.com. There is no deduction in tuition for missed classes.
- Classes missed by students due to illness, vacation, etc. can be made up. Please speak to your instructor or send an email to attendance@midctdance.com with your name and class in order to be given an appropriate class to attend.
- Any classes that an instructor cancels due to sickness, etc. will be made up by that instructor.
- All students are expected to be respectful towards other students as well as towards the instructor. A student’s insubordination will be handled according to the teacher’s discretion and can result in expulsion from the class with no refund in tuition.
- All students must come to class dressed in the appropriate dance attire. It is at the teacher’s discretion to ask any unprepared students to observe the class only.
- A minimum number of students is required to sustain a class; the studio reserves the right to cancel or combine classes as deemed appropriate.
- The studio reserves the right to cancel or combine classes, adjust schedules or substitute teachers at any time.
